For the longest time, especially while studying medicine and working long hours, I thought it was a curse, but now that I know exactly why sleep is so important, I am so grateful that my body forced me to prioritize sleep!
Sleep is a universal experience we all go through daily. Not an optional luxury; it is a non-negotiable biological necessity. Sleep is one of the most important things you need daily for optimal health and if you do not get enough of it, your health may suffer the consequences.
